MAINLY CLOUDY, BUT DRY TODAY WITH SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES….

Despite the sky featuring more clouds than sun today, it is
still quite a nice day out there. It feels rather refreshing
as the air is dry and temperatures are near seasonal levels.

The temperature has reached the low to mid 60s with a dew
point that has been holding in the mid 40s. This is very
delightful air, what I’ve coined as Canadian summer!

The wind was gusty for a time this morning out of the northwest.
Speeds were averaging around 15-20mph with gusts over 30mph.
The wind has settled back as we move into the afternoon hours
with speeds averaging around 10mph. The overall average for the
day so far is around 10mph. The peak gust, which occurred just
before 7am, is 33mph.

Visibility has been decent all day with a view of 60-70 miles
being the theme all day.

The maximum temperature so far today is 63F degrees, which is
2 degrees below the normal high of 65F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 49F degrees, which is 3 degrees above the
normal low of 46F.
