Morning skies turned mostly cloudy shortly after the
7:00AM EST observation but had returned to partly cloudy
with scattered cumulus and cirrus in time for the 1:00PM
ob.  The extra sunshine helped temperatures reach 57F by
then, which is the warmest temperature recorded since
Sunday afternoon.  Winds remain on the lower side with
gusts up to 18-20 MPH.  Visibility also remained excellent
at 70 miles.
