UNSEASONABLE COLD FINALLY BREAKS WITH OVERNIGHT WARM UP,
RAIN AND FOG

April wrapped up overnight with rain falling heavily at times.
Rainfall from 7:00 AM yesterday throughout 7:00 AM EST totaled
0.84 inches, with another 0.01 inches falling before 10:00 AM.

Fog has stayed in place for most of this morning and into the
early afternoon with visibility being reduced to 1/4 mile at
times.
