MILTON, MASSACHUSETTS
ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA

DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY
THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2015
ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME

RAIN SHOWERS MOVE THROUGH OVERNIGHT, WARMTH AND
FOG BEGIN TO EAT AWAY AT SNOWPACK

Rain which began after fall moderately after 7:00 PM EST
did not last for long, totaling 0.08 inches by midnight.
Dense fog began around at the same time as well, limiting
visibility to 1/16 of a mile, which kept temperatures steadily
climbing through the early morning hours.

The snowpack was down to 13 inches at the 7:00 AM EST observation
and will likely take quite a hit with increased chances for
rainfall this afternoon and continued fog and warmth. By the
1:00 PM EST observation visibility was poor at just 10 miles,
with thin fog and overcast stratus. A maximum of 53F had been
reached so far.
