OVERCAST WITH SOME RAINFALL STARTING UP IN THE AFTERNOON….

We observed foggy conditions this morning, limiting
visibility to a 1/16th mile. The fog did break up a little
bit, as we saw visibility reach 20 miles by the 1 P.M.
observation. Wind is southerly and lighter as the day
went on, with an average speed around 5 mph. The highest
gust seen today is 24 mph at 6:00 A.M. EST.

Very light rainfall began around 12:30 P.M., only leaving
a trace in the gauge.

The high so far today is 55F, which is 11 degrees above the
normal maximum of 44F. The low since midnight is 37F, which
is 10 degrees above the normal minimum of 27F.
