BLUSTERY AND CHILLY CONDITIONS CONTINUE TODAY
Low pressure north of the region continues to give us
gusty winds and below normal temperatures. Winds have
been out of the west with speeds up to 35 MPH. Temps.
reached only 31F by 1:00PM, over 10F below the average
maximum value of 44F. The overnight low of 17F is 9F
below average.
The lower dew points have helped to keep skies mostly
clear and visibility very clear today. Just a few
cumulus and cirrus were observed at each observation,
and visibility remained at 70 miles.
