INCREASINGLY WINDY WITH MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES….
We observed an average of 80 miles for visibility
under mostly cloudy skies. Wind is southwesterly,
but has increased considerably as the day went on.
The wind speed is around 15 mph on average with
frequent gusts of 30 mph. The highest gust seen
so far is 34 mph.
Conditions have remained cool with conditions being
