SUNSHINE THROUGH INCREASING HIGH CLOUDS WITH SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES….

Once again it’s not a bad day at all with plenty of sunshine
through the day to this point. However high clouds are increasing,
thus beginning to filter the sunshine a bit.

With seasonable temperatures near 40F and a light wind, it feels
pretty nice out there today. The dew point is still holding in the
20s however, so the air is still quite dry.

The wind has been light most of the day, but is finally starting
to increase early this afternoon out of the south-southwest. The
increase in wind is coinciding with increasingly falling air
pressure. The average speed for the day so far is only around 5mph,
but has been closer to 10mph for the last hour or so. The peak gust
thus far is around 21mph, which occurred just before 12:30pm.

Visibility has been limited today due to haziness. The view has
been holding at around 30 miles all day.

The maximum temperature so far today is 40F degrees, which is 2
degrees above the normal high of 38F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 24F degrees, which is 3 degrees above the normal
low of 21F.
