FOGGY THIS MORNING WITH MILDER TEMPERATURES….

Today started foggy with a half mile of visibility, but conditions
began to clear up around noontime. Visibility was 60 miles by the
1 P.M. observation. Wind was southwesterly at an average speed of
15 mph, with a max gust of 32 mph. Pressure has been on a gradual
drop of about 5 millibars since 7 A.M.
