COOLER TODAY WITH A BRISK NORTHWESTERLY BREEZE….
Today we measured another 0.42 inches, bringing
the rain event total to 0.94 inches. Skies are partly
cloudy with conditions drying out a bit since this
morning. The dew point went from the 40’s this
morning to freezing around 1 P.M. Visibility started
off limited this morning due to fog, but did reach
75 miles by noontime.
The wind has been on the breezy side out of the north-
westerly direction. The average speed so far for
today is around 27 mph.
While rainfall is back up to normal for the month, we
are still missing almost 11.5 inches on the year.
The high so far today is 50F, which is 8 degrees above
the normal maximum of 42F. The low since midnight is 44F,
which is 17 degrees above the normal low of 27F.
