CLEAR WITH EXCELLENT VISIBILITY AND LOWER THAN
NORMAL TEMPERATURES….

Today we observed an excellent 85 miles for the average visibility,
a great contrast to the conditions observed yesterday. Today dried
out considerably, as the dew point reached 0F by the 1 P.M.
observation. Skies were mostly clear this morning, but we did
encounter a layer of cirrus clouds that took up most of the sky
in the early afternoon. Rainfall from yesterday totaled 0.10
inches, but we are still left at a rain and snowfall deficit
reaching the end of the month.

Rain total this month is 2.05 inches, 1.87 inches below normal
on the month. Monthly snow is at only at 1.4 inches, -6.6 inches
below normal.

The high so far today is 29F, which is 11 degrees above the normal
max of 38F. The low since midnight is 23F, which is the same as
the normal low.
