We observed overcast, yet warmer conditions with the sky clouding
over a bit as the day went on. Visibility was limited by haze,
only reaching 40 miles as the day went on. Wind is easterly
with an average speed around 5 mph and a max gust of 15 mph.

As another dry day passes, we are at an annual rainfall
deficit of -11.28 inches. We are still below seasonal
averages for snowfall, with a deficit of 4.9 inches on
