IMPROVING IN THE AFTERNOON….

Visibility was limited throughout the day,
with 35 miles on average due to a distant haze.
Conditions were increasingly cloudy, with some
moderate cumulus clouds being seen during the 1 P.M.
observation. Wind shifted from S to W, with a peak
