INCREASING CLOUDS, BUT WARM AND HUMID TODAY ON BLUE HILL…
We observed some filtered sunshine this morning, but clouds
have increased and thickened this afternoon as some rain
showers approach the area. The temperature was able to make
it into the low to mid 80s before the clouds thickened. For
reference, the normal high for today’s date is 81F. As of
today, the normal high and low temperatures have now begun
their respective decline toward the cold season.
The dew point has risen into the mid 60s today, thus making
it feel more humid than it was yesterday.
The wind has been a bit on the busy side with an average
speed of around 12mph and a peak gust so far of around 25mph.
Visibility has been limited all day due to haziness. The view
has been stuck at around 20 miles all day.
The maximum temperature so far today is 83F, which is 2
degrees above the normal high of 81F. The minimum temperature
today is 64F, which is 1 degree above the normal low of 63F.
