OVERCAST WITH A COOL NORTHEASTERLY BREEZE….

We observed overcast skies with a cooling sea breeze from the northeast
at 10 mph on average. There was a thin fog this morning, but that dissipated
before we saw 80 miles of visibility. The sun broke through the overcast a
couple times in the early afternoon hours.

The monthly rainfall total in September’s last days is 1.83 inches,
1.92 inches below normal.

The maximum temperature so far today is 64F, which is 4 degrees below
the normal high of 68F. The minimum temperature since midnight is 55F,
