We observed a decrease in visibility from 70 miles to
30 miles from 10 A.M. to 1 A.M. Sky conditions have
become overcast following noontime, and a distant
fog is being seen to the west. Wind has picked up
since this morning, with the highest gust today
being 33 mph.
The high so far today is 63F, which is a degree
