RAINY WITH AN INCREASING EASTERLY WIND….

We experienced intensifying fog since this morning that
brought visibility down from 45 miles to a 1/2 mile as
the day went on. Skies were overcast, and rain began
around 8 A.M. Rain and wind have intensified, with a
max gust so far of 30 mph. There was 0.48 inches left
in the gauge at the 1 P.M. observation.

The high so far today is 49F, 8 degrees below the daily normal
maximum of 57F. The low since midnight is 45F, 6 degrees above
the normal low of 39F.
