CLEAR SKIES AND GUSTY WINDS AS PRESSURE INCREASES
Skies were clear today with only few cumulus and few cirrus. Humidity was low
with dew points in the upper 20s which allowed for visibility up to 80 miles.
Air pressure has been steadily increasing as the strong low pressure system
moved off shore. This has also brought blustery conditions to Blue Hill. The
peak gust since midnight was 47 mph at 3:11AM EST. Temperatures reached a high
of 55F by the 1:00PM observation.
