MAINLY CLOUDY AND COOL WITH DRY CONDITIONS TODAY ON BLUE HILL…
Clouds have been hanging around today with some dim sunshine
from time to time. The good news is the rain associate with the
developing coastal storm has missed the area, and we have
actually achieved a dry weekend for a nice change of pace
(compared to the past several weekends).
Temperatures have been on the chilly side today with readings
only reaching the mid to upper 50s. The dew point has been
holding in the low to mid 40s.
The wind was steady from the north most of the day with an average
speed so far of around 10mph. Our peak gust so far is around 24mph,
occurring just after 10am this morning.
Visibility has been excellent today with the view holding at
around 70 miles.
The maximum temperature so far today has been 56F, which is 5
degrees below the normal high of 61F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 46F, which is 2 degrees above the normal low
of 44F.
