We observed good conditions in general, with only a few
distant clouds being seen at the 7 A.M. observation.
Visibility was 70 miles on average, although a thin smoke
layer made it a little less in the morning hours. Wind was
westerly at 10 mph, with a max gust not exceeding 20 mph.
Pressure is steady for the most part, and humidity has
dropped to 40% by 1 P.M.
The high so far today is 50F, 5 degrees above the daily normal
high of 45F. The low since midnight is 33F, 4 degrees above the
