ANOTHER DAY WITH BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND MILD WIND…

Yesterday was a cooler day with below normal temperatures.
The high for the day was 35F and the low was 20F. Today
temperatures continue to be below normal with an overnight
low of 27F. This is 4 degrees below the daily normal of 32F.
So far we have a high of 43F which is 3 degrees below the
daily normal of 46F.

Yesterday evening the wind direction shifted from the NW to
the SW, bringing slightly warmer temperatures to the hill today.
Wind speed continues to be mild today with a peak gust of
20 MPH so far.

As pressure began to rapidly drop the cloud cover increased and
we had overcast skies by the 1:00 P.M. observation. As cloud
cover increased visibility also increased from 30 miles to
70 miles at 1:00 P.M.
