CLOUDY AND HAZY CONDITIONS KEEP DAMP AND COOL AIR LOCKED
IN PLACE

Seasonable, cloudy and hazy conditions began with the
first observation and continued through the 1 o’clock
observation as temperatures struggled to get out of the
lower 40s.  Some drizzle moved across the summit for
a short time between 8 and 9 AM but quickly ended and
did not begin again until just before the 1 o’clock observation.
