The strong and gusty winds of yesterday have diminished
considerably today gusting to only 20 to 26 mph.
Lots of high cloudiness observed today but much of it
thin enough to allow quite a bit of sunshine. Temperatures
up over the coldest day of month yesterday with a high
of 45 degrees and up nearing 50 degrees early this
afternoon.
