CLOUDY MORNING SKIES TURN PARTLY SUNNY,
HIGH CLOUDS MOVE IN BY AFTERNOON
Cloudy conditions began clearing early this morning to
make for scattered cumulus by 7:00AM EST. Skies remained
partly cloudy for the remainder of the morning. High
clouds were spotted at the 10:00AM observation and were
scattered by 1:00PM as cumulus became few.
Winds have been out of the south and south-southwest today
with gusts consistently 30 MPH or more. Temperatures had
risen to 62F by 1:00PM from a morning low of 50F which are
fairly normal levels for the time of year. With drying
conditions, dew points decreased to the low 40s.
