DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY
SUNDAY, MARCH 10, 2019
ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME
MIXED PRECIPITATION IN THE MORNING LEADS TO
RAIN IN THE AFTERNOON….

rapidly since the 7 A.M. observation, decreasing
almost 9 millibars. The high temperature so far
today of 33F is 10 degrees below the daily normal
maximum of 43F. The low since midnight is 26F,
