INCREDIBLE WEATHER THIS FATHER’S DAY FEATURING COOLER THAN NORMAL
TEMPERATURES AND GREAT VISIBILITY….
Today we observed a great visibility of 80 miles accompanied by
a cool breeze from the east; around 10 mph. Upper level clouds
moved in from the northwest around noontime, still letting in a
moderate amount of sunlight.
The maximum temperature so far today is 70 degrees, which is
6 degrees below the normal high of 76F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 51F, which is 7 degrees below the normal
low of 58F.
In other words, great weather for a hike! The observatory is open
until 4 PM for the gift shop and rooftop tours.
