WARMING CONTINUES ON TOP OF GREAT BLUE HILL

We are beginning a dry warming trend here on top of Great Blue Hill.
We have had a maximum temperature of 86F by 1:00 P.M. This is over
10 degrees above our climatological normal of 74F. Winds coming from
the south/ southwest were lighter in the morning and slightly increased
in the afternoon with a peak wind of 28 MPH by 1:00 P.M.

Relative humidity decreased from 66% at 7:00 A.M. to 39% at 1:00 P.M.
Visibility increased throughout the day with hazy morning conditions
clearing before 10:00 A.M. observation but a distant haze lingered
all day.
