MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES RETURN TO BLUE HILL
AFTER ROUND OF EVENING THUNDERSTORMS

Winds were gusting 29 MPH yesterday evening during passing
thunderstorms which left 0.15 inches of rain.  The peak
gust for the day of 30 MPH occurred shortly past 2:00PM EST
when storms were passing north of Boston and we could only
discern distant lightning.  Precip. now measures 0.78 inches

but is still above normal by 4.30 inches for the year.

Skies soon cleared after the storms dissipated and have
remained mostly sunny through the early afternoon.  Morning
