A CLEAR AND DRY DAY WITH HIGH PRESSURE AND LIGHT WINDS….
We have observed light and variable winds for most of
the day today, not frequently exceeding 10 mph. Skies
have remained clear, save some scattered cirrostratus
clouds at the 1 P.M. observation. Humidity has been less
than forty percent since 10 A.M. Visibility was decreased
to forty miles by a thin layer of fog this morning, but
has been 70 miles since then. The maximum temperature
observed so far today is 82F, 2 degrees above the daily
normal maximum of 80F. The low since midnight is 57F,
6 degrees below the normal minimum of 63F.
