A SPLENDID SUMMER DAY WITH ABUNDANT SUNSHINE, WARM TEMPERATURES,
AND TOLERABLE HUMIDITY LEVELS…

Plenty of sunshine has been the theme today with only some
passing “fair weather” cumulus clouds developing late this
morning and afternoon.

Temperatures have pushed into the low to mid 80s, but the
dew point has dropped to around 60, thus making for a much
more comfortable feel to the air.

The only potential negative (depending on your preference) is
the lack of appreciable wind as the average speed for the day
so far is only around 7mph. A gust to around 20mph did occur
around 11:30 this morning, but speeds of that magnitude are
the exception rather than the rule today.

Visibility has been decent considering the time of year, with
the view holding at around 40-50 miles all day.

The maximum temperature so far today is 84F, this is 2 degrees
above the normal high of 82F. The minimum temperature today is
65F, which is 1 degree above the normal low of 64F.
