WARMER TEMPS AND AFTERNOON WINDS GUSTING OVER 35 MPH

The low pressure system to the north is bringing southwesterly
winds and warmer, hazy conditions.  The WNW winds which were
prevailing for the past few days switched to SW early this
morning.  Wind speeds began to increase shortly after 6:00AM
with peak gusts reaching 38 MPH past noon.  Yesterday saw
colder temps, but they had rebounded to a max. of 39F by today’s
1:00PM ob.  Visibility today was 50-60 miles but hazy.
