We observed a visibility increase of 15 miles over the course of
the day, from 60 miles this morning to 75 miles at the 1 P.M.
observation. The only notable cloud cover is a very thin layer of
cirrostratus, allowing for abundant sunshine.
Wind is westerly at a little under 10 mph on average, with a max of
