A FOURTH CONSECUTIVE BEAUTIFUL DRY WEATHER LATE AUGUST DAY
TEMPERATURES AVERAGED RIGHT ON NORMAL PAST TWO DAYS
LONG SPELL OF VERY WARM TO HOT HUMID WEATHER ENDED 26TH

Today was a fourth consecutive day with temperatures running
very close to normal for late August. This came after the
days August 12-26 were all above normal except for two.

Hazy conditions persisted through all 3 observation times despite
dropping humidity levels as temperatures warmed up today into the
mid 80’s.  Clouds began to move in by the 1 o’clock observation
creating mostly cloudy conditions as the air pressure began to drop
during the afternoon.
