DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY
SUNDAY, AUGUST 23, 2015
ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME

DRIZZLE ENDS AROUND NOON BUT FOG REMAINS ON THIS COOL DAMP DAY

Light to moderate drizzle began just after the 7 o’clock observation
and continued until just before noon time.  A thick fog has covered the
area and kept visibility below 2 miles all day from the top of the tower
and while the fog has let up at times during the day, it is currently very
thick again at the 1 o’clock observation.

Damp conditions continue to persist because of this and the humidity has
remained at or very near 100% all day.  Winds have remained very light and
high temperatures have remained below 70.
