CHILLY AND OVERCAST WITH EXCELLENT VISIBILITY….

We observed colder than normal weather conditions with a northerly wind that is
about 15 mph on average. The highest gust so far today is 27 mph earlier on this
morning. Skies are overcast all day with a couple breaks around noontime.
Our highest visibility of the day was 90 miles at the 7 AM observation,
a perfect 90 miles! We’ve observed a visibility of 80 miles or above since then.

The maximum temperature so far today is 44F degrees, which is 8
degrees below the normal high of 52F. The minimum temperature since
midnight is 34F degrees, which is a degree below the normal low of 35F.
