OVERCAST SKIES WITH PERIODS OF LIGHT RAIN…

The day started off with light rain and overcast skies.
Although the temperatures are about average, the rain
and windy conditions in the AM made for a chilly, raw
feel. There were brief periods of moderate rain throughout
the day, with a total of 0.30 inches of rain through
the last observation.

The temperatures have remained steady throughout the day,
starting in the mid 40s and so far only peaking to 51F.
The humidity has been 100% throughout the morning and
afternoon.

The wind has been on the light side, though the early
morning hours were a bit gusty, with a gust around 28mph.
The average speed for the day so far is around 11mph.

Visibility has been low at best, with a maximum visibility
reported of 10 miles in the morning and fog moving in the
area during the afternoon hours.
