SKIES REMAIN CLOUDY AS WARM FRONT GOES NORTH

Additional rain yesterday afternoon and this morning brought the 7:00AM
precip. total to 0.06 in, making October’s total now 6.77 in.  Another
trace of precip. was measured in the three hours between 7:00AM and
10:00AM.  Skies were mostly cloudy all day and prevented temperatures from
rising above the max. of 50F by 1:00PM.  Winds have shifted south and are
expected to increase behind the passing warm front.
