COOL BUT DRY CONDITIONS CONTINUE WITH ONGOING HIGH PRESSURE

Below average temperatures continued today, reaching a high of 58F by
the 1:00PM observation and slowly decreasing from there. Despite thin,
high cirrus, it was still a very sunny and pleasant day. A high pressure
system continued to bring dry conditions with dew points in the low 40s.
Winds remained light out of the NNE-ENE.
