We observed partly cloudy skies today, along with a perfect
visibility of 90 miles. We measured 0.12 inches from last
night’s rainfall. Wind has been consistent from the west,
blowing at an average of 10 mph. Dew points have remained
in the teens, with humidity decreasing to 30% by the 1 P.M.
observation.

The high so far today is 43F, which is 4 degrees below
the daily normal maximum of 47F. The low since midnight
is 27F, which is 4 degrees below the normal minimum of 31F.
