A MILDER FALL DAY ATOP GREAT BLUE HILL…

Yesterday’s rain totaled exactly an inch at the 7 A.M. observation.
Today was almost clear despite some distant mid and upper level
clouds. Despite fair weather conditions, pressure continues to
drop.

Dew points are in the mid 30’s, making for enjoyable autumn
weather.

The max gust for the storm yesterday is 72 mph, 7 degrees
below the daily record of 79 mph set in 1947!

The high so far today is 60F, 9 degrees above the normal max
of 51F. The low since midnight is 43F, 8 degrees above the
normal low of 35F.
