We observed a limited visibility of 45 miles at most due
to a distant, thin fog. Skies were mostly cloudy with
some breaks being observed at the 1 P.M. observation.
The main feature of the day was the chilly north-easterly
wind that was 20 mph on average with a max gust around
40 mph. Conditions were dry for the whole observation
period.
The high so far today is 49F, which is 16 degrees below the
normal maximum of 65F. The low since midnight is 43F, which
is 3 degrees below the normal minimum of 46F.
