A COLD AND RAINY DAY WITH LOW VISIBILITY AND FOG….
Today started at 48F at the 7 o’clock observation, got up
to 49F, and has dropped back down to 47F at the 1 o’clock
observation, 43 degrees below our high temperature yesterday!
Foggy conditions persist and visibility has rarely gone past
1/8th of a mile throughout the day with only glimpses of not too
distant buildings between showers.
So far, the high temperature since midnight was 53F occurring right
after midnight, and a low of 47F occurred at about 1 PM.
Yesterday’s high temperature of 91F tied the previous record of
91F set in 1895!
