AT LONG LAST, A SATURDAY WITH NO RAIN….
In a welcomed departure from the recent trend of rainy Saturdays,
today is dry! Mostly sunny skies with warm temperatures make
it a great day to get outside and enjoy the sunshine.
Temperatures remain a touch on the warm side. We began the morning
in the low 60s, before quickly rising to the mid 80s by the early
afternoon. The dew point remains in the upper 50s.
Winds, which were rather strong yesterday with a peak gust to
52mph, have backed off considerably today. Speeds for the most
part have been light, with an average so far of 8mph. The
peak gust for today is only 18mph, taking place just after
midnight.
The visibility is somewhat limited by haze, remaining at 30 miles
all day.
The maximum temperature for today is 83F degrees, which is 6
degrees above the normal high of 77F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 61F degrees, which is 1 degree above the
normal low of 60F.
