A STEADY RAINFALL OVERNIGHT, GRADUAL CLEARING TODAY…

An area of showers moved through the region overnight
last night into this morning. Rainfall totaled 0.56″,
which was much needed as the month has been dry so far.

The rain ended this morning, but clouds have been slow
to break. Some sun has finally been seen late this
morning into early this afternoon.

The wind has been very light so far today, only
averaging around 2 mph since 7 A.M., and no that’s
not a typo, only 2 mph!!! The peak gust so far today
has been under 10 mph.

Visibility has been decent today averaging about 60-65
miles.

The high so far today is 69F, which is 5 degrees below
the normal high of 74F. The low since midnight is 53F,
which is 3 degrees below the daily normal low of 56F.
