MOSTLY CLOUDY AND SEASONABLE….

The skies began with a mix of sun and clouds this morning, but
it did not take long for them to become largely cloud-filled.
Cirrus and cirrostratus have increased in coverage, as well as
fair-weather cumulus, which began developing mid-morning. Otherwise
though, with seasonable temperatures and a dew point remaining lower
than it has been recently, it remains a nice day to get outside.

The temperature dropped to the low 60s this morning, which was quite
refreshing. It quickly rose to the low 80s by the afternoon, where
it has remained since. The dew point has held at 60F all day.

Winds remain on the lighter side, with direction also being a bit
variable. The average speed so far is 8mph, primarily out of the west.
The peak gust to this point is only 20mph, occurring a bit after the
last observation at 1pm.

Visibility has remained steady at 60 miles throughout the day.

The maximum temperature so far today is 83F, which is 1 degree
above the normal high of 82F. The minimum temperature since
midnight is 63F, which is 1 degree below the normal low of 64F.
