FINALLY SOME SUNSHINE AFTER AN INCH OF SNOW OVERNIGHT….
Today we observed mostly cloudy skies with an overnight
rain total of 0.16 inches. Part of this was 1.0 inches
of snow overnight, with rain switching to snow around 2
P.M. EST yesterday.
The wind is moderate today, mainly coming in from the
northwest. The max gust is only around 16 mph.
Visibility has improved from a mile this morning to
over 40 miles this afternoon. It’s the first sunshine
seen here in 3 days!
The high so far today is 40F, which is 5 degrees
above the normal maximum. The low since midnight is 30F,
which is 11 degrees above the normal minimum of 19F.
