FOG WITH MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES TURNS INTO WARM AND SUNNY WEATHER BY NOON

This morning had mostly cloudy skies and foggy conditions which made the
visibility only 7 miles. The temperature was 37F with a dew point of 36F.
As the day went on, skies cleared, temperatures warmed, and dew points
went down. The remaining clouds at the 1:00 P.M. EST observation were
few cumulus and scattered altocumulus. Visibility increased to only
35 miles because of fog still lingering in the distance. Despite that,
the air temperature was at a very pleasant 50F. This is 16F above the
normal max of 34F.
