CLEAR AND BLUSTERY DAY

Winds have been consistently coming from the west and peaked
today at 30 MPH during our 1pm ob. Temperatures remained
below freezing for a second day. Decreasing humidity caused the
visibility to increase throughout the day, climbing to 80 miles by
early afternoon.
