VERY WINDY WITH RAIN WITH SOME LIGHT SNOW THIS MORNING….
Pressure has dropped by almost 10 millibars since this
morning following a frontal passage yesterday. Before the
rain, we had some light snow this morning that amounted
to a 1/10th inch. The snow changed over around 8:30 A.M.,
and the mix left 0.07 inches of liquid in the gauge since
7 A.M. Wind is strengthening as the day goes on, with
frequent gusts of 30 mph since noon. The max gust as of
yet is 38 mph from the southeast.
Visibility has been poor considering the snow, rain and fog.
We saw a max visibility of 15 miles this morning, but it
decreased to a 1/2 mile by the 1 P.M. observation.
The high so far today is 41F, a degree above the daily
average max of 40F. The low since midnight is 28F,
6 degrees above the daily average low of 22F.
