BRIGHT SUNSHINE AND WARMER TODAY…

After a chilly start to the morning at 23F, the temperature
has climbed to the lower 40’s by early afternoon today for
the first time since Wednesday. The dew point has also
climbed from negative single digits overnight to above
10F this afternoon. As high pressure moves out to sea, the
sky remains nearly free of clouds with just a few high
thin cirrus clouds. A light distant haze, mostly to the
W-NW, has held down the visibility much of the day to
50-60 miles.

The high so far today is 43F degrees, this is 5 degrees
above the normal of 38F. The low since midnight is 23F,
3 degrees above the normal daily minimum of 20F.
